Carrollton, TX – August 7, 2018.  Southern Champion/BuzzBallz recently added to its many accolades by being named one of the top Women-Owned Businesses in the DFW area. The Dallas Business Journal listed the top 25 DFW Women-Owned Businesses ranked by 2017 local revenue. Southern Champion/Buzzballz is ranked fifteenth with a yearly revenue of $21 million. Southern Champion/Buzzballz was among three Carrollton businesses recognized for this achievement. The City of Carrollton will honor Merrilee Kick, BuzzBallz Founder and CEO, and the other two Carrollton winners at the Metrocrest Chamber’s Women’s Business Conference lunch on Friday, November 2.
