Hello summer! Kick things off with a kick in this citrusy Strawberry Jalapeño ‘Rita. If you’ve got a couple Strawberry ‘Rita BuzzBallz Cocktails around, you’re already almost done! Here’s what you’ll need.
2 16 oz cocktails
LO QUE NECESITARÁS
Cocktail shaker w/ strainer
Plate for rimming
INGREDIENTES
1 muddled, de-seeded jalapeño
1 sliced jalapeño
2 Strawberry ‘Rita BuzzBallz
Tajin
Zest of one lemon
1 Lime for rimming
Ice
INSTRUCCIONES
In a shaker, muddle one de-seeded jalapeño. For best results, remove the skin and muddle the pulp.
Add in the Strawberry ‘Rita BuzzBallz.
Shake well.
Onto a plate, pour a bit of Tajin for rimming.
For a little added brightness in flavor, zest one lemon into the Tajin.
Rim each glass with lime juice and place the rims in the salt/zest mixture. Pour ice into each margarita glass.
Pour the mixture through the shaker’s strainer over the ice.
Place a few slices of jalapeño in each glass for more flavor and added garnish.
