40 bacon slices
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Lined Baking sheet
Skewers
Shallow bowl or open container
Tongs
Lemon zester
Plastic wrap
INGREDIENTS
Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Lemon zest of 2 small lemons
2-4 Peach Ballz BuzzBallz
1 lb of thick cut, hickory-smoked or maple-smoked bacon
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow bowl or container of your choice, separate the bacon.
Pour enough of the PeachBallz BuzzBallz over the bacon to fully submerge it in liquid.
Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 6-8 hours, or overnight.
Remove the bacon from the liquid and pat it dry with a paper towel.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the bacon on a lined baking sheet to avoid sticking.
Monitor the bacon.
Baking should take between 10 and 15 minutes, but use judgment to determine when the bacon is done.
Once the bacon is done and has cooled down a little, skewer the bacon.
If you desire, sprinkle the bacon with a little lemon zest and cayenne pepper.
Pour any of our fruity BuzzBallz into a cocktail glass and place a slice of PeachBallz bacon on top of the rim of the glass.
