BuzzBallz Choc Tease King Cake Icing

Though we may not be able to make our way to Bourbon street for Mardi Gras, we can still “laissez les bon temps rouler” with a semi-homemade King cake with a twist —  BuzzBallz Choc Tease king cake icing. This is what Fat Tuesday is all about.

Because store-bought King cakes are often hit or miss (unless you’re in Louisiana), it’s best to go with the tried and true King cake mix, Mam Papaul’s. It comes with just about everything you need including a Mardi Gras baby to hide in the cake. All you need on hand in addition is butter, eggs and, of course, one BuzzBallz Choc Tease.

In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, water and BuzzBallz Choc Tease. Spread the icing over the King cake as normal and top with the colored sugar.
